The application of the oil of the anointing represents the power and presence of God upon the life and work of his servants. It is powerful, it is potent and it is the highest privilege that a human being can have: to be anointed for his service. To be anointed refers to the supernatural impar- tation from one to another. Whenever someone is anointed, they will instantly receive spiritual things to accompany the calling on their life. It is a high honor to be anointed.
